SS400 is a kind ofcommon carbon steel plate/sheetused as steel plate .SS400 and other series steel grades or levels in the Japanese standard JIS G3101 ,and they are SS330, SS490, SS540 .The equivalent of SS400 in Chinese grade is material Q235A .

SS400 steel plate/sheetcan be hot-rolled or cold rolled .SS400 steel plate/sheet in the standard.The chemical composition SS400 steel sheet /sheet mainly conclude element C,Si,Mn,S,P,Ni,Cr and Fe.
